Manic Panic Flash Lightning Complete Hair Lightening Kit
Manic Panic Flash Lightning bleach kit was designed for pre-lightening the hair before using Manic Panic cream or gel semi-permanent hair colors. Includes everything you need to lighten your hair.
Kit includes:
- 1 Pair of gloves
- 1 Tint Brush
- 1 Mixing bowl
- 1 Plastic cap
- 1.0 oz. Of Dust Free bleach powder
- 3 ounces of 40 volume peroxide
- Complete step by step instructions
- Always follow the instructions on the box carefully. Folica recommends doing a strand test prior to application (take one strand of hair and follow instructions on the box).
Note:
This kit can only be shipped by ground. No overnight or air delivery. This product can not be shipped outside of the continental U.S.
